About Us

 ISMG employees have Project Managed some of the larger implementations of computerization retail have ever been subjected to, some examples are:- 

• Responsible for successful introduction of scanning into all Woolworths Queensland stores, managing all contractors, and capital budget of $30 million over 7 years. 
• Managed the implementation of a centralised call management centre responsible for the maintenance of all store based store level equipment in 700 supermarkets across Australia.
• First installation of Self Scanning with world first technology within Australia.

As well as project management in IT ISMG have had extensive Project Management experiences in diverse industries and outside of IT.

Building and construction, electrical installations, major shop fitting - the list goes on and below are some examples of the diverse nature of the experience at ISMG.

• Managed the rollout of the 2010 refurbishment project that saw 500 supermarkets refurbished in 19 months.
• Managed the removal of EZY banking in 300 stores within a three week period.
• Demonstrated capability of managing projects in any industry – IT, building or infrastructure.

Training in Project Management is a passion for ISMG staff and accredited training and assessment in all levels of project management is available.
